- We now have 2 new extracts in stock, Natural Enhanced True Thai (NETT) and Natural Enhanced White Sumatra (NEWS).
- Going forward we will unfortunately be unable to refund late USPS Express postage costs. USPS tracking claims "Money Back Guarantee", but in 10 years we've never been able to successfully get a refund from them. They either deny it for no reason with no appeal process, or simply stop responding to us. We will still try submitting refund claims and will refund customers if USPS honors it, but it's incredibly unlikely we will get a successful refund.
If you need guaranteed overnight delivery with an actual money back guarantee, please use FedEx instead.
