Shipments

Priority Mail - US

We ship once a day, generally around 1AM Eastern Time. This means that any order placed before midnight will be out in the first pickup the next morning at 9AM. We're based out of Pittsburgh, PA 15232. Priority mail takes about 3 days to go from us on the East Coast all the way to the West Coast. If you're closer to us, shipping will very likely be faster. Usually states that border Pennsylvania will receive shipments the next day.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Express Mail - US

Express Mail is overnight/next day to most places within the United States. To get a guaranteed delivery time, please use the US Postal Service's tool: http://webapps.usps.com/expressmailcommitments/landing.jsp. Please use 15232 as the origin zip. Often times it will say 2 day (next day) but usually arrives in 1 day anyway.

Please note that we are unable to ship during the day. If you order before midnight Eastern time, the order will go out the next morning at 9AM. Orders placed after that will ship the following morning.

International Shipments

We also ship internationally. Orders less than 32 ounces have the option to ship via Priority Mail or Express Mail Service (EMS). Orders over 32 ounces ship via Express Mail Service (EMS). We charge actual cost for international shipping fees.

Pennsylvania Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax in Pennsylvania. This is automatically calculated and added into the base price of each item if your shipping address is in the state of Pennsylvania. We do not collect sales tax for any other state.
